1. What is advertising design? What types are there?
Advertising is a communication tool that is used to reach the target audience and to deliver the message of an event, product, or brand promotion from the company or organization to the users and consumers.
There are various types of advertisements, which can be roughly summarized into three categories: print advertisements, products themselves, and paper media such as magazines and newspapers; electronic mass media such as radio and television, and social platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and online search engines; and physical advertisements such as giveaway ads or window ads.

How do you communicate across departments?
Vanessa Urch Druskat, a professor at the University of New Hampshire's School of Business and Economics, once said, "The success of a team is not just about the team's efforts, but also about how well it works with other departments in the organization. Don't just rely on regular meetings to communicate and report on each other's status. Keep in touch with each other after the meeting and proactively keep up to date with the progress of other departments. Communicate proactively and consistently to prevent problems from occurring.

3. Learn the importance of reporting
Before convincing a customer, you must first convince yourself. When reporting, imagine that you are chatting with a friend. This will bring you closer to the customer and make the whole report go more smoothly. Throughout the presentation, you can keep the tone of your voice smooth, concise, and powerful, which can also drive the atmosphere of the whole meeting room. Or use some rhetorical questions and interact with the team members from time to time, which can make the clients feel more empathy.
